Welcome to NoteMe (hereinafter referred to as the "App" or "Service"), operated by AI Chatbot LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
The Service is designed to provide AI-powered meeting efficiency tools. Its features include, but are not limited to: (a) Audio recording and transcription utilizing on-device or system-native capabilities (Apple Speech Framework); (b) Generation of meeting summaries, notes, and Q&A interactions utilizing third-party Artificial Intelligence (e.g., OpenAI); and (c) Multi-language translation and search services.
Your relationship with us is governed by the following documents (collectively, the "Agreement"):
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that:
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE AND UNINSTALL THE APP IMMEDIATELY.
By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from us, including push notifications, emails (for service updates), or in-app messages.
You may manage push notifications via your device settings. However, you acknowledge that you cannot opt out of essential service-related notices (e.g., security alerts, changes to legal terms).
The App offers "Pro" or "Subscription" services. As the App is distributed via the Apple App Store, all purchases are processed through App Store.
We do not directly collect or store your payment information (such as credit card numbers). All transactions are subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following notice to you. If you do not agree with the price change, you must cancel your subscription before the price change goes into effect.
Please Note: We do not have the authority to issue refunds directly. All refund requests for purchases made via the App Store must be directed to Apple. If you require a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple’s procedures.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

The App allows you to upload recordings, generate transcripts, and create summaries (collectively, "User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring the legality of your recording activities. Laws regarding notice and consent for recording conversations vary by jurisdiction.
To provide the Service to you (e.g., converting audio to text, generating AI summaries), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, use, copy, process, and transmit your User Content. This license is strictly limited to the purpose of operating, developing, and improving the Service.
We utilize third-party technologies (such as OpenAI) to process your content.
The Service relies on third-party technologies. You acknowledge and accept the following limitations:
Audio recording and initial transcription features rely on Apple’s system frameworks (e.g., Speech Framework). We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcription, particularly in noisy environments or with heavy accents.
AI summaries, notes, and Q&A features are powered by OpenAI. You acknowledge that AI may produce "Hallucinations" (content that sounds plausible but is factually incorrect).
We are not responsible for service interruptions, data errors, or technical failures caused by third-party providers (Apple or OpenAI).
You agree not to use the Service to:
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or error reports (collectively, "Feedback"), you agree to assign all rights in such Feedback to us. We may use such Feedback for any purpose (including developing new features) without compensation or obligation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED SUMMARIES, NOTES, OR Q&A ANSWERS ARE COMPLETELY ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU SHOULD INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY CRITICAL INFORMATION FROM THE ORIGINAL RECORDINGS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms (specifically regarding Recording Compliance or API abuse). You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of Reno.
